Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Return

You may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We cover the cost of return shipping.

2. 45-Day Defective Product Guarantee

If your product is defective or malfunctions, you can request a refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

3. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days for an RMA authorization. Once returned, you can choose a free replacement (we cover return shipping) or a full refund.

4. 1-Year Repair Warranty

Most products include a 1-year warranty. Customers cover the cost to ship items back for repair; we cover the cost to return repaired items. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
